The formula
Wind turbine manufacturers prefer to deliver on an Ex-works basis at their factory to minimise risks. As a manufacturer they focus on design and production aspects of their product range. Wind turbine manufacturers do not focus on a project as a whole.
The OutSmart solution makes use of specialist knowledge. Ter Linden will professionally coordinate all transport and logistics for the project according to agreed milestones. At the construction site we will manage and supply all cranes and labour needed to erect, commission and test the wind turbine. OutSmart will maintain overall project management to ensure the project is complete, on time, on budget and within specification.
To achieve this OutSmart coordinates the contract management for access rights, infrastructure, foundations and erection zones, as needed for successful project delivery.
