Setting up technical, commercial, communication,  legal and financial structures for large scale wind projects. Implement project teams from scratch and negotiate all kinds of sub-contracts. I was the first point of contact and responsible for satisfactory clients. The first Belgium offshore wind initiative was the project “Seanergyâ€� from Electrabel where I was part of the project construction team. Heavily involved in the development of the Q7 and NSW offshore wind projects in the Netherlands. During the construction phase of these projects I fulfilled the position of Contract manager and Deputy project manager. For the Belgium 330MW Belwind offshore wind project I have set up the complete technical backbone and tender & contract negotiations in the position of Project manager. When I started, the team consists of 4 people and after one year the team consists of 25 people.
